What I do
I take on the whole project: design the backend and database, build the interface, set up the server and ship to production. One contractor instead of several - nobody to coordinate and no waiting for them to agree.

Scoping
I work out what needs building and by when. The result is a feature list, a timeline and a price.

Database schema, API structure and screens. We agree on them before the first line of code is written.
